I went to my first yoga class in 1992 and have been practising and learning ever since. I have a 200-hour Teacher Training Diploma from Yogacampus in London. As well the teacher training course I continue to learn through my own self-practice and by attending classes and workshops by other teachers.
My teaching style and my own practice are influenced by different yoga traditions predominantly Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, and somatic practices such as Hanna Somatics. I teach a slow mindful practice, connecting with the breath and body.
